Booking Conditions

The essential terms for booking and traveling with Travida in Kosovo and Albania.

Important Information

Travida keeps booking conditions simple, but guests should understand the practical points before confirming a trip.

  • A booking is confirmed only after Travida has checked availability and confirmed the trip directly with you.
  • A deposit is required once your place is confirmed. The remaining balance must be paid by the deadline shared with your booking confirmation.
  • If you cancel, any refund depends on the timing of cancellation and on any costs already committed on your behalf. Confirmed deposits are non-refundable.
  • Travida may adjust an itinerary if weather, safety, local conditions, or operational needs make changes necessary.
  • Guests are responsible for providing correct personal information, suitable insurance, and the documents needed for travel in Kosovo, Albania, and any transit country.

1. Booking and confirmation

Travida accepts bookings as requests first. Your trip is only confirmed when we have checked availability and sent direct confirmation to you.

The lead guest making the booking is responsible for ensuring that all names, dates, and other traveller details provided to Travida are accurate.

2. Deposit and payment

Once your booking is confirmed, a deposit is required to secure your place on the trip.

The remaining balance must be paid by the deadline Travida gives you in your confirmation details. If payment is not received on time, we may treat the booking as cancelled.

3. Changes and cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your booking, contact Travida as soon as possible. We will explain what is possible based on the stage of your booking and the arrangements already made.

Any refund will depend on the notice period and any non-recoverable costs already paid to accommodation providers, transport partners, guides, or other local services. Confirmed deposits are non-refundable.

4. Guest responsibilities

Guests must tell Travida in advance about any medical condition, mobility limitation, dietary requirement, or other circumstance that may affect the trip or require additional planning.

Guests are responsible for obtaining suitable travel insurance, valid passports or identity documents, and meeting any entry requirements for Kosovo, Albania, and any transit country.

5. Itinerary flexibility and local conditions

Travida organizes trips with care, but adventure travel may require changes. Weather, safety concerns, road conditions, local regulations, or operational reasons may make itinerary changes necessary before or during travel.

Where changes are needed, Travida will always aim to provide the closest practical alternative and protect the quality and safety of the experience.

6. Conduct and responsibility

We ask all guests to behave respectfully toward guides, local communities, accommodation partners, and the natural environment throughout the trip.

Travida reserves the right to remove a guest from a trip if their behaviour creates risk, serious disruption, or repeated disregard for guide instructions or local rules.
